About

Ashlee Rubinstein was born in 1987 in New York, NY. She is a realist painter and former art educator living in Portland, ME.

She has shown all over the United States, including the Juried Show at the South End Art Hop, several shows at the New York Studio School, the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, as well as Creative Soul Gallery and the Tang Museum in Saratoga Springs, NY, Prince Street Gallery in NYC, and Greenpoint Gallery in Brooklyn, NY.

She received her B.A. from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, her Post Baccalaureate Certification at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, her MFA from the New York Studio School in NYC, and her MEd in Art Education from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, VT.
